Ryan is a Co-Founder and CEO who leads Sozo Solutions with a vision to create sustainable housing communities that foster healing and stability. Kelsea is Co-Founder and CPO who leads the development and implementation of programs at Sozo Solutions, providing holistic support for individuals rebuilding their lives. As a registered nurse with a deep commitment to service, she brings both compassion and strategic insight to Sozo's operations. Kelsea excels in ensuring programs are effective and align with the mission to foster physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
